When Asking for Help, Appeal to People’s Self-Interest, Never to their Mercy or Gratitude

If you need to turn to an ally for help, do not bother to remind him of your past assistance and good deeds. He will find a way to ignore you. Instead, uncover something in your request, or in your alliance with him, that will benefit him, and emphasize it out of all proportion. He will respond enthusiastically when he sees something to be gained for himself.

Use Selective Honesty and Generosity to Disarm your Victim

One sincere and honest move will cover over dozens of dishonest ones. Open-hearted gestures of honesty and generosity bring down the guard of even the most suspicious people. Once your selective honesty opens a hole in their armor, you can deceive and manipulate them at will. A timely gift – a Trojan horse – will serve the same purpose.

Learn to Keep People Dependent on You

To maintain your independence you must always be needed and wanted. The more you are relied on, the more freedom you have. Make people depend on you for their happiness and prosperity and you have nothing to fear. Never teach them enough so that they can do without you.

Infection: Avoid the Unhappy and Unlucky

You can die from someone else’s misery – emotional states are as infectious as disease. You may feel you are helping the drowning man but you are only precipitating your own disaster. The unfortunate sometimes draw misfortune on themselves; they will also draw it on you. Associate with the happy and fortunate instead.

Win through your Actions, Never through Argument

Any momentary triumph you think gained through argument is really a Pyrrhic victory: The resentment and ill will you stir up is stronger and lasts longer than any momentary change of opinion. It is much more powerful to get others to agree with you through your actions, without saying a word. Demonstrate, do not explicate.

Make other People come to you

Use Bait if Necessary When you force the other person to act, you are the one in control. It is always better to make your opponent come to you, abandoning his own plans in the process. Lure him with fabulous gains – then attack. You hold the cards. S

HAVE I LOST MY WIFE TO ANOTHER MAN?

Someone sent this to me and it blessed me so much, it can also be applied to our other relationships.
HAVE I LOST MY WIFE TO
ANOTHER MAN?

Dave and Clara have been
married for  over nine years
without children. They stayed with each other and hoped that they will have a child before their 10th year of marriage
because they were being
persuaded by family and some friends to get a divorce but they couldn’t let go because of the love between them.

Months passed...by and while Dave was returning from work one day, he saw his wife walking down the road with a man and
they looked happy.

Another evening, while Dave was coming back from work, he saw the same man drop her off at the house. Dave became
angry and sad.

Two days later, after a hectic day at work, Dave was taking
water with a glass jug when the phone rang. He picked it up and the person said ‘hello dear, I’ll
be coming to your house this evening to see you as promised. I hope .....’’ and then Dave hung up the phone.  It was a male
voice. He was sure the person was the man he had seen with his wife. He suddenly became shaky with this thought, ‘’Have i
lost my wife to another man?’’ At that point, the glass jug fell from his hand and shattered into
pieces.
Then Clara came running into the room asking, ‘’Is everything okay?’’ In anger he gave his wife a push and she fell. She wasn’t
moving or getting up.

Dave then realised that she fell where he broke the glass jug and a large piece of glass has pierced her. He felt her breath,
pulse and heartbeat but there she lay lifeless. His wife was dead.

In total confusion, he saw an
envelope in her hand. He took it, opened it and was shocked by its content. It was a letter and it reads:
’ My loving husband, words cannot express how I feel, so i had to write it down. I have been
going to see a doctor for over a week and wanted to be sure before I give you the news. The doctor confirmed it that I am pregnant with a twin and our babies are due in 7 months from now.

The doctor also happen to be
my long lost brother whom I lost contact with after our marriage. He has promised to take care
of me and our babies and give us the best without collecting a dime.
He also promised to have dinner
with us today. Thanks to you for standing by me...... your loving wife.

As the letter fell from Dave’s hand, there was a knock at the door and it was the same man he had seen with his wife... and
he said ....’’ hello Dave, I suppose am right, am Max, your wife’s
brother.....’’And suddenly he noticed his sister in the pool of her blood .... he rushed her to his hospital but it was too late, his sister, Dave’s wife was
gone and so were the twins..

LESSON:
In our relationships, which include our marriage, we should not be too quick in reacting
when we haven’t questioned our partner or spouse on what we saw or heard about them.
Communication, Trust and
Patience are rare gifts we can bring to our relationship.

Not everything we see or hear or believe is right about them.

And to every man or woman on dis platform, I pray that patience will have her perfect way in us and we will want nothing because patience is that great virtue we need to keep any relationship working.

Get others to do the Work for you, but Always Take the Credit

Use the wisdom, knowledge, and legwork of other people to further your own cause. Not only will such assistance save you valuable time and energy, it will give you a godlike aura of efficiency and speed. In the end your helpers will be forgotten and you will be remembered. Never do yourself what others can do for you.

Court Attention at all Cost

Everything is judged by its appearance; what is unseen counts for nothing. Never let yourself get lost in the crowd, then, or buried in oblivion. Stand out. Be conspicuous, at all cost. Make yourself a magnet of attention by appearing larger, more colorful, more mysterious, than the bland and timid masses. S

If you could work for big sites like Jumia, Konga, Amazon etc and get them to send you as much as N105,000 a week, would you do it?I thought you would be interested.By the way, you should know that neither Jumia or Konga paid me to write this post.I wrote it because it will benefit someone out there.By now, you already know that billions of Naira is spent online every day.But how do you get a share of it?As someone who has been making a legitimate full time living online since 2007, I can tell you several methods that has worked for me and othersBut because of space, the one I want to share in this post has to do with selling for other companies. How?There are many companies online these days that offer what is known as an affiliate program.Which means, you help them sell their products and they pay you a certain commission per sale.Jumia, Konga, Amazon have such programs that you can join and get started almost immediately. The companies don't care where you work from. You can work from your bathroom for all they care. All they want is for you to help them sell. But like other legitimate ways of making money, this is not for lazy people. Here are 7 steps to getting paid from such programs1.Sign up for an affiliate account with any of the various affiliate programs online. E.g Jumia, Konga, Dealconvert, Clickbank etc2.Decide on the products you want to sell.3.Get your special promotional links for the products4.Prepare your marketing strategy to sell the products5.Start promoting via adverts on Instagram, Facebook etc6.Review your marketing plan based on response and improve it7.Get paidBecause of space, I have to stop here but the main point is this - Signingup with any of the hundreds of affiliate programs online is simple but ifyou can’t sell, you won’t make a dime. You can do more research on this subject on Google. With unlimited opportunities like this online, you have no reason to be struggling to make money.

Australia’s weirdest

And sharks aren’t the only creatures lurking off Australia’s shores. Besides the aforementioned crocodiles, which do occasionally head out to sea, Australia’s waters are apparently home to this species of giant jellyfish. If it’s any comfort, it’s true that jellyfish of this kind aren’t particularly common–this species was known to exist but only cataloged by science earlier in 2014. That said, floating into one of these as I’m out for a swim doesn’t sound so appealing to me.

Inside Australia

And finally, the blue-ringed octopus. This admittedly cool-looking creature is known to hide out in the tiny rock crevices of Australian tide pools and is responsible for more than 20 recorded deaths–mostly of young children who didn’t know any better. Perhaps most frightening is that there is no known anti-venom for its powerful poison. Death generally occurs within two hours.

Wednesday 6 April 2016

And what’s more,

Australia’s crocodiles aren’t afraid to leave their aquatic habitat. Though the water remains their primary hunting grounds, crocodiles are certainly comfortable enough on land to get out and explore, occasionally clashing with humans in the process. For example, this croc was killed in a Northern Territory town after his presence there was deemed threatening to humans. Threatening? Yeah, I’ll say…

It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise

Australia is one of the craziest places on earth–but what else would you expect from a country founded by prisoners on a continent isolated from the rest of the world for some 40 million years!

Don’t believe us? Then check out this headline: Top End man attacked by croc, escaped by wrestling and poking it in the eyes, then drank beer as first aid. Yes, it’s real.

Still need more proof? These are pictures that prove Australia is the craziest: Not only are crocodiles present throughout Australia, but they’re also huge. This saltwater croc caught on film is estimated to be about five and a half meters–or some 18 feet–in length. Sure… the dinosaurs went extinct, but with creatures like this still around, the question remains: who needs them? We’re not sure how you feel, but we would certainly respond “not us.”

Hi there, this will interest you but what do you think?

When you are trying to impress people with words, the more you say, the more common you appear, and the less in control. Even if you are saying something banal, it will seem original if you make it vague, open-ended, and sphinx-like. Powerful people impress and intimidate by saying less. The more you say, the more likely you are to say something foolish.

A prison cell in Halden, Norway.

What to do while you wait ...contd

•Stay Alert :- Look out for opportunities and use them. It doesn’t matter how big or small they seem. I don’t believe that the men and women who created great things started out thinking it is going to take over the world. So pursue the opportunities you see. Keep your eyes open and do not ignore opportunities around you today.
Stay awake to your dream!
Work Hard :- Finally, wherever you find yourself, make hard work your motto.Yes, it may be the wrong job or business but be a person known for hard work. The truth about hard work is that it has a way of rewarding people who are not too clever. We may not all be clever, but if you are a hard worker, you can even be ahead of clever people.
Also, people are watching. Stories abound where people have been spotted by total strangers for new opportunities and awards. You could be next.
There you have it; what to do while you wait: Work on the Building Blocks, Stay Grateful, live in the NOW, Solve Today’s Puzzle, Stay Alert and Work Hard. Have a great week! To your success!

As usual, please leave your comments below and share with your friends if you believe they will benefit.
Have a great week and speak soon.

WHAT TO DO WHILE YOU WAIT!!!

What to do while you wait for the big things.
Most times, we find ourselves in situations not quite what where we want to be. It may be in your profession, relationships and business. Personally, I tend to save the best for last and leave the party for the better days that I am working towards. But is this the best thing to do? The fact is that today, this week, this year is a part of your life, there are no discounts in one’s lifetime. Hence, any day not used well or enjoyed is an irrecoverable loss!So while you wait, here are some things you could do in the mean time: Work on the Building BlocksWake up every day with the belief that the destination or the future will be a result of how you have lived today. If today is lived in misery, thereis no way it will produce a better future. Always ask yourself; what is it that I can do today that will take me one step closer to the future I hope for? The answers will surely come, and when it comes do something with it.
• Self-sabotage is a crime we are all susceptible to, decide to shun it!
•Stay Grateful
Remember that everyday has its own blessings and challenges. Face them and do not worry about the worries of tomorrow.
•Spend time in gratitude, recognising that even though you don’t have allyou need but there are so many other reasons to be grateful. Going by the terrible things happening in our world today, being alive is enough to be grateful for.

Live in the NOW

Always live in the “NOW”.

This is by no means discouraging you from planning for the future and having big ambitions. No, but I say live in the now because most times the dreams and plans for tomorrow introduces frustration and ingratitude who shuts the doors for growth. Meditation is a very good tool that can help you with living in the now. Solve Today’s Puzzle
Success and breakthroughs of the future are always hidden behind puzzles that if you can solve them today, then it’s all yours. It’s no surprise that many people who seek do not find because they are not patient enough to solve these puzzles. The puzzle may be taking up a small job that might lead you to relationships that will transport you to a future you never even dreamed of. I have many personal stories of people I met doing totally different things, who helped me to climb a totally different ladder that helped me grow tremendously.
In this journey, remember that whatever you want for the future is a dream; it’s not real yet so stay humble. Also, the puzzle could be in helping out a charity and from there you can create life changing relationships.
The bottom-line here is; irrespective of what you want to become, remember that it is a journey and a journey of a thousand miles as they say starts with a step.

That step is right in front of you, it is the puzzle, so go ahead and take it!

Hello world, here's todays motivation

Conceal your Intentions

Keep people off-balance and in the dark by never revealing the purpose behind your actions. If they have no clue what you are up to, they cannot prepare a defense. Guide them far enough down the wrong path, envelope them in enough smoke, and by the time they realize your intentions, it will be too late.

What nigerians don't know

I Think it's time we stop over focussing on this PDP/APC, PMB and the rest issues and start looking where our problem is. I believe our problem is in the institutions of this country. I don't want to mention that of police now its for another day. It was on the 14th day of March that I drove into one of the police station to obtain the new tinted glass permit, in the process, it was discovered that the plate number of my car is being used by another car. My first question is "How is it possible?" Because I obtained this number from FRSC with all documents intact. I never know the car is going to stay for 12 days in the station.
A file was quickly open and the car became an exhibit. Thank God the car was registered by a very high ranking officer of the FRSC whom was brought to the station. As the investigation was going on, it was discovered that some people were producing these fake and duplicate number plates and giving out to innocent and unsuspicious Nigerian ripping them off their hard earned money.
My question is, should we now go and buy this numbers at a shop in Alaba or at idumota instead of the federal government approved agencies? In the course of my research, I stumbled upon the number plate verification system online. I started verifying cars of friends, church members and even cars that I see on the road. A shocking revelation was made that OUT OF EVERY 10 CARS you see on the road with LAGOS and ABUJA number plates, that at least 4 is FAKE.
You can check your own now.
(1) Go to www.nvisng.org/numberplateverification.aspx
(2) Enter your number in the space provided. Eg "ABC863AP
(3) Click on verify button. Then an information will be displayed below the  button. Because FRSC did not want the general public to see the full details of the registration, you will only see the name of your car and the date of registration.
Here are some samples:
1. This number plate has been produced by FRSC and assigned to Toyota highlander on 20/01/2015. If your car is Toyota highlander, then you are lucky its done. But if your car is for instance Toyota Camry and your verification shows the above message,  then you are in as me. Solution is to go and re-register your car afresh.
2. This number plate has been produced by FRSC and assigned to Matrix however  the vehicle is yet to be registered..... If your car is Matrix, then just go back to the person that registered your car and tell him/her to complete your registration.
3. This plate number has been produced by FRSC but yet to be assign   to any vehicle. It means that they just gave you a number plate that is not even registered in their system. Solution is to go to them to register your car and upload your information.
4. An invalid/wrong number plate. Do I need to explain this, NO.
Verify your car first and sort yourself out with the FRSC before you even proceed to police for tinted permit cos if police are the one to find out, then you know what follows. Many innocent Nigerian are suffering now because of impunity in our institutions
Note: this verification is only applicable to the number plates with this formats ABC123AB not AB123 ABC.

Let us spread this news until everyone is aware of this evil FRSC is perpetrating. You are free to share.

Quote for today

Never put too Much Trust in Friends, Learn how to use Enemies Be wary of friends-they will betray you more quickly, for they are easily aroused to envy. They also become spoiled and tyrannical. But hire a former enemy and he will be more loyal than a friend, because he has more to prove. In fact, you have more to fear from friends than from enemies. If you have no enemies, find a way to make them.

Civilization and african norms

Please read n share.
It all started as freedom propaganda.
The lie was told so subtly that we didn’t notice.
To gain popularity, they convinced us that it was all about gender equality. Then they preached to us, saying it was a human rights and child rights agenda.
To draw the attention of women, they hid under Women Empowerment Campaigns.
We saw everything they did as part of civilization. Because of this, we applauded them and blindly sang their praises.
We were so blind that we did not notice when they went from equality to role reversal, and from ‘rights’ to ‘wrongs’. They told us it was all a matter of understanding. I mean, if she earns more than he does, why can’t she be the head while he submits?
They told us we had the right to our bodies. They told us that if the guys can do ‘it’ anytime with anybody, so can the girls. They introduced free love, and ‘friends with benefits’, and convinced us that we were just exercising our rights to enjoy our bodies. We agreed. Which youth wouldn’t?
When we complained about STDs, they introduced condoms, and even started sharing it to us free of charge in our secondary schools. They told us that
from the age of 16, we had the right to do whatever we wanted to. This made us to start seeing our parents and school teachers as toothless
bulldogs as they no longer had the right to discipline us. Talk of sweet freedom!
When we complained about teenage pregnancies, they told our parents to educate us about contraceptives as early as possible. Then they introduced the reformed sex education in our school as a guise to give us more condoms.
Some of us still got pregnant, and we complained yet again. So they decided to legalize abortions. This was in a bid to help us. You see, they really cared about our future, and wanted to ensure that we live a free life.
Abortion made sense to us. So we accepted it. I mean, why bring a child you don’t want or can’t take care of into the world? We felt a bit guilty because it seemed like murder. But they told us not to worry. According to them, what we were doing was merely taking out an unwanted foetus, and
not killing a child. Yet again, we accepted it, and got pacified.
They said that we weren’t supposed to be accountable to any deity, religion, our parents or the society. Next, they told us we had the freedom to do what we wanted with our lives, so far as we weren’t hurting other people or trampling on their rights.
Almost immediately, we stopped regarding God. We rather chose to play football, hangout, or watch seasonal movies on Fridays and Sundays.
We also decided to experiment with homosexuality. It seemed like fun, and they encouraged us. When we told them that the society frowned against our choice, they legalized it and told us we can get married too.
We decided to go further and experiment with drugs. They frowned against it publicly, but we still had access to it. Moreover, we were minors, and the law enforcement agents couldn’t really punish us.
We looked for role models and they gave us Hollywood stars with multiple divorce stories, musical icons addicted to drugs/alcohol, and sports stars with numerous extra marital affair scandals.
They told us, that those celebrities were successful and free and we should aspire to be like them. Some of us started pumping iron, getting tattoos, and injecting steroids in order to look as manly and as ‘successful’ as our role models.
We started seeing fidelity as a sign of weakness. And just like our ‘role-models’, we started going after everything in skirt.
We equally tore off pictures of our successful and ‘sexy’ looking role models off celebrity magazines, and pasted them on our mirrors. We started dieting
like mad so we can lose weight and look like them. We noticed that they hardly wore any clothes, so we followed suit.
When we became bored, they introduced us to their clubs and night parties.
They told us to throw caution to the winds and just have fun. Even when some of us got raped, they encouraged us to shut up and keep having fun.
Some of us became addicted to alcohol, but we were told not to worry that it was one way to prove our manhood, so we continued.
At a time we noticed that we had lost our will. We had become their slaves without knowing it. We noticed that we didn’t have any reason to live again, and life was no longer purposeful.
In the bid to look sexy, some of us became victims of anorexia nervosa.
Those of us in relationships found it impossible to be faithful. Many started contemplating suicide. Many more had STDs. Some of us experienced series of psychological traumas and mental breakdowns. A lot more dropped out of school as a result of unwanted pregnancies, drugs, or an abortion that went wrong.
At this point we saw our future get dashed before our faces. We started looking for whom to blame. After a fruitless search, we had to admit that we didn’t even know who ‘they’ were. Then reality dawned on us.
We remembered our fathers telling us that “unlimited liberty is slavery in disguise”. We also remembered when our mothers told us that “freedom without checks and balances is tantamount to advanced bondage”. By then it was too late for us. We had bought ‘their’ freedom lie.
Maybe for you, it is not yet late. Then please don’t be deceived by their lies and evil propaganda. Do not be swayed by their subtle message of freedom.
They’re all lies! We can prove it with our relationships, drug addictions, unwanted pregnancies, violent tendencies etc.
Beware, and please warn other youths so the menace will not colonise all of this generation.

Pls, share!

• Never Outshine the Master
Always make those above you feel comfortably superior. In your desire to please or impress them, do not go too far in displaying your talents or you might accomplish the opposite – inspire fear and insecurity. Make your masters appear more brilliant than they are and you will attain the heights of power.
